AT&T NOTICE: If your carrier is AT&T, it is a possibility that AT&T may have restricted the device from downloading and installing third-party applications, such as Mobile Spy. It is recommended to check with your carrier first to determine if this limitation is on your device prior to purchasing the Mobile Spy software..
VERIZON NOTICE: If your carrier is Verizon, you MUST currently subscribe to their GPS services so that the GPS tracking feature of Mobile Spy will function properly. If you do not subscribe to their GPS services, Mobile Spy will NOTbe able to monitor the GPS locations of the monitored device.

Mobile Spy is compatible with most BlackBerry smartphones running 4.x or higher BlackBerry software including the models shown below. This Blackberry spy software will need an Internet connection to upload logs.

Additional Requirements
The Windows Mobile 5.0/2003SE version of Mobile Spy
is designed on the .NET platform. You will need to install the
Microsoft Compact .NET Framework files to your phone. This is
an easy free download and we provide instructions. Depending
on how much memory is free on your phone you may need to install
to your phone's memory card. But usually it will fit on your
phone itself. This installation is not required for Windows
Mobile 6.x Phones.

Spy On Symbian OS Phones
Mobile Spy is now compatible with Symbian devices running OS versions up to 9.4. The Symbian phone must have an Internet-enabled carrier so the software can upload logs to your account.

Additional Requirements
There are no special requirements for Symbian OS
devices. But you must have an Internet-enabled carrier so
the software can silently upload logs.

Any carrier, whether it is domestic or international, is compatible as long as they offer unrestricted GPRS Internet Access. Your cell phone account must have a data plan or the Internet option so the software can upload logs to your account. Here are just a few of compatible service carriers:

Don't have a compatible phone? These are our recommendations.
If you do not own a compatible phone, then consider purchasing
one on eBay or elsewhere. They can be as little as $200.00 which
is a small price to pay to learn the truth. Some visitors have
asked us to recommend a phone for best compatibility. While
almost any Windows Mobile smartphone will work, we use a group
of test devices.
For our main test devices we use the Samsung Blackjack II
(Windows Mobile 6.0) and HTC S620 (Windows Mobile 5.0). For
Symbian OS we recommend Nokia N95 or N70. But remember, almost
any Windows Mobile or Symbian OS smartphone will work. The
installation process is very easy using detailed instructions
we provide.
